DEI causes organizations to perform poorly by promoting people on the basis of race rather than merit and ability. They are disrespectful to people from different cultural backgrounds who earned their jobs because they're the best person for the job.

DEI was invented to allow Democrat activists to promote their allies and overlook talented people on the basis of merit. It's designed to help Democrats secure power in the government and private sector because DEI attracts far left activists and repels legitimately talented people.

I refused to allow DEI inside Sticker Mule and terminated executives who wanted it. Sticker Mule employs many talented people from all cultural backgrounds because they are the best at what they do.
